Warranty Policy

The craftsmanship of your SheetsNow purchase is guaranteed to be free of defects. The products manufacturer may warrant to the purchaser that they will correct any defects in material or workmanship by either replacement or repair. If a product manufacturing defect has been identified once you receive your item, or develops under normal conditions of use, you may file a warranty claim.

Failure to follow the specific SheetsNow cleaning and care instructions located on our cleaning and care page will void the warranty. Your purchased item must be properly utilized and maintained from the time of reciept from the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover tears, normal wear, acts of nature, stains, pulls, burns, cuts, animal/pet damage or cuts. Damage caused by improper maintenance or cleaning methods is not covered by SheetsNow or the manufacturer.

There are outside elements that could affect your item's appearance over time. Because these conditions are normal, they are not considered manufacturing defects. Due to the use of natural dyes and fibers, texture and color may vary slightly from one item to another. Exposure to humidity, heat and sunlight cause color changes.

To initiate a SheetsNow claim for a product still covered under the manufacturer's warranty, please request an RMA through our SheetsNow return center accessible from your account. After your SheetsNow claim is submitted, a customer support supervisor will review your claim request and respond with instructions for completing the claim.

Based on damage or defect, the manufacturer will replace or repair the product at their discretion. The customer is fully responsible for the cost of shipping the item/items in question back to the SheetsNow manufacturer for inspection.
